Lady White Co. accepts returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 14 days of the original delivery date. All garments must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable mailer, ensuring all original labels and tags remain intact.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received at our Los Angeles studio, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
